Hello and welcome to my blog.

My name is Lorna Tugman but you can call me Tuggy for short.

As a Home Economics / Food Technology teacher, food is what I eat, breathe and sleep on a daily basis. I love teaching the next generation all about nutritious, tasty food and how to prepare and cook ingredients from scratch. Not only do I enjoy going out for tasty meals, as you’ve probably guessed, I’m an avid cook so from time to time I will post some recipes on here that you may want to try.

Having newly moved back to my home county of West Lothian, I’m perfectly perched between Edinburgh, Glasgow and Stirling with even more scope for new foodie discoveries.
