I stumbled upon Nom Nom Korean during my first few weeks living in Brisbane. I found myself at a loose end craving something fresh yet flavoursome for lunch. I was enticed by Bakery Lane, where Nom Nom is situated. An enchanted looking little lane off Ann Street in Fortitude Valley not far from from Brunswick Street Mall that takes you to a courtyard of foodie heaven. You can get coffee in a cone from Flock Coffee, delicious looking crepes from Le Petit Paris Bakery and 2-4-1 Steak frites on Tuesdays from  The Apo, which is only some of the great delights awaiting you. Aussie Life | Tuggy Tucks In

Well it’s been 7 weeks since we arrived in the land of Oz and boy have we done a lot in that time. We moved into our fully-furnished flat on 5th September and have been living here for just over a month now! The block of flats is 15 floors (we live on floor 7) with a roof terrace, gym and swimming pool and our windows open right up to give a balcony effect and you can see the top of the Story bridge (above) in the distance.
